For individuals that filed an extension back in April, the due date for those returns is OCTOBER 15TH (there is no longer an August 15th deadline requiring a second extension). Remember, for those who have to make Estimated Tax Payments, the third estimate is due September 15th. The fourth quarter due date is January 15th (although it may make sense to make your last State Estimate Payment on December 31st).
